This place is amazing. Staffed by paid professionals and an army of volunteers I have never experienced anywhere like it before. Every single person in the place was friendly, helpful, and concerned not just for Hester, but also for me, and our children, and they continue to support myself and our children now. Hester and our family meant a lot to them in the very short time Hester was there, and her death shocked many people there. I cannot think how I would have managed if they had not been there to support us, and (most importantly) to make Hester as comfortable as they possibly could, which she was so desperately in need of by that time.
